At MSC, we also offer a diverse set of different group therapy options. 

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

DBT is a type of therapy often used in a group setting. As a group, members learn a variety of skills to help them in their lives. Group members support one another with practicing skills and giving each other feedback. It provides a safe way to try out some new ways of behaving with people in a supportive setting before trying it out in the real world. This virtual skill building psychoeducational group will cover the topics of:

  • Mindfulness
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Distress Tolerance
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

Fourth Friday Unwind

Trauma informed yoga offering will help you unwind and reset. Appropriate for all abilities, no experience required. Engage in a a gentle practice and close with a guided meditation.

This open group will meet Mondays from 12pm-1pm MST beginning January 31, 2022. So whether you will try a new recipe, route, audio book, genre of music, TV show, learn a new language or renew a relationship they can join us and just #trysomethingnew.
